Before I left for London I shot Nola Darling. I met one of the members "Jaq" at the old Pink Elephant a minute ago. Back then she told me she had a group called "Nola Darling"...I can't front I was half amazed and half skeptical. Nola Darling is my favorite Spike Lee character of all time. Point being I saw them open up for Nina Sky, was digging them and asked their lovely manager Donna if I could shoot them. Thanks guys the pleasure was all mine...
