7th Grade
This was the Fall of 1990...there are only a few things that I remember about going to J.H.S. 210...whenever people speak of Junior High for the most part they have nothing but amazing stories to tell...me on the other hand I prefer a slow death today than ever go back...first my school was dead in the middle of two neighborhoods at war...two blocks south you literally had the social club were John Gotti sat out front of...the outcome of that was half of the population of my school were guido's...this is pre-Jersey shore bullshit...i'm talking about marlboro chain smoking...sergio tachhini suits in IROC-Z's...then to the north we had East New York...which was a breeding ground for Latin Kings...then you had my squad which was the kids bused in from Richmondhill and Southside...this meant I was literally for the most part with the exception of my boy Mota the only spanish kid on the bus with all the black kids...it was a race and neighborhood war at my school...for some twisted reason my mother thought it was a good idea to be sent to this school because my sister had attended years before and was a fucking nerd ball that got skipped and all the teachers still remembered her and could not believe that I was her younger brother...but not is all shit...below are a few highlights of the two years spent at J.H.S. 210...
1) Chris- 2nd row from top- far right...we smoked our first cigarettes together...besides being my best friend in the 7th grade...he gave me my hood pass and could also drop a Slick Rick lyric at the drop of a dime.
2) Erin- 2nd row from bttm- 3rd from right side...first true best homegirl I made...smoked my first blunt with her...got shitty weed from a chinese take out spot...watched Who's The Man and got high...cut school and got high...she was OG white chocolate before that shit was in style...
3) Yvette Lopez- 2nd row from bttm- far left...thanks for letting me feel you up and the make-out sessions...sorry for breaking up with you after homeroom in front of everybody and laughing...I was a dick...
4) Rory Kennedy- top row- far right...you told the best racist jokes and gave me some preppy swag...
the rest is a haze and I looked bummed in the photo cuz to sit on the floor was a downgrade for class photo's...I really thought I was killing it that day with my kit...
