One of the highlights of my stay in Madrid was going to the Miguel Trillo exhibition. The man has documented Madrid youth culture from the late 70's up until the present day. What you have is a mix of genuine punks, skins, mods, rockabillies and hip-hop heads. The only thing I can compare it to is Jamel Shabazz meets Glen E. Friedman. If you are in Madrid it is up till 11/15.
